Clouds Green is a glass bong manufacturer in China. We work with wholesalers and brands worldwide on OEM and ODM projects — glass water pipes, dab rigs, grinders and smoking accessories.
Most of what we produce is custom. Our customers arrive with a shape they want to sell and a logo they want on the glass, and our job is to make that version — the joint, the chamber, the color, the artwork, the logo and the packaging. Your design and logo stay confidential, and we sign an NDA when you ask for one.
Send a reference photo, a sketch or a technical drawing. Our product team advises on shape, chamber size, joint, percolator, color and finish, and tells you what is realistic to make before you commit. We also change the size of models we already make.
Your logo can be laser engraved, decal printed or silkscreened onto the glass, and we supply custom retail packaging made to your design. Your design and logo stay confidential — we sign an NDA before we start.
Spray color, Pantone matching, electroplating, frosted, sandblasted and decal baked inside the glass. We match the color on a sample first, so you approve the real thing and not a screen picture.
Boxes, inserts and branded retail packaging made to your design, produced by the packaging partner we have worked with for years and shipped together with the glass.
We make our own glass molds, so one factory controls the whole process — mold development, sample making, accessories and final assembly. That is how we reproduce an unusual shape accurately and keep the production lead time to about one month.
You approve a physical sample before we start the run. Samples ship by express like DHL, usually 5 to 7 days, so you can hold the glass and test it before the order goes into mass production.
80% of our workers are skilled glass blowers with over 10 years of experience. Every product is inspected three times before shipment, keeping the defect rate below 0.1%. We also check the packed cartons ourselves, so broken glass rarely reaches the customer — and if it does, we send a replacement.
