1. Bake logo decal on glass
This is the most common way for branding your logo on glass.
Decal logo have multiple colorful colors for customers to select, but if you use sharp knife to scratch the patterns, it will fall off.
However, customers will not do this when use their bongs, so it’s a good idea to bake your decal on the glass.
One thing you should know is, the decal color will not be 100% same as the glass color, color difference exist.
If you want your logo color is Pantone 13-0647, we can only offer you color which close to Pantone 13-0647.
2. Laser logo and Sandblasted logo
Laser logo and Sandblasted logo is very similar.
Both logos will never comes off, it’s more durable than decal logo.
But the Laser logo and Sandblasted logo is frosted white color, It’s not so colorful as decal.
3. Engrave logo on glass
We can also engrave your logo on the glass mold, so the logos are engraved on the glass.
For example, The famous Gatorbeug bong in Australia, they’re create a new mold for the Gatorbeug bottle bong.
The advantage is the Engrave logo glass model is not easy for the other competitors to copy, because they need to create a new mold.
If the patterns are difficult, people need to take the original model to the mold factory to set a new mold.
HOW ABOUT THE PRICE?
What is the comparative cost per unit for each method?
This is hard to tell.
If you engrave your logo on the glass mold, you need to only pay the mold cost, usually $50 to $300.
You don’t need to pay any logo cost no matter you make 1000pcs or 5000pcs, because it’s already engraved on the mold.
How about the decal logo and sandblasted logo cost?
The decal logo cost depends on the logo size and the color, especially the quantity.
If you need 100pcs logo, the total logo costs will be just a little higher than 500pcs.
It’s like printing package, decal factory charge high for small quantity logos, and they are not willing to make small quantity, because it takes lots of time to adjust the colors.
The Bigger decal, Higher Price.
The more decals you order, the cheaper you can got for the unit logo price.
Gold logo is far more expensive than the normal color logo as well.
If your logo is small normal color logo, logo cost is around $0.3 based on 500 units each color each size.
Regarding the sandblasted or laser logo, the bigger quantity, the cheaper unit logo price.
The logo pattern more complicated, the price higher.
For 500 units simple logo, price would be around $0.4
